Adobe Illustrator CS3 is part of the newly released Adobe Creative Suite 3 group of creative graphic tools; updated to enable the Graphic Artists, Web Content Creators, Illustrators, or Designers get ones creative content work done faster, bring more colour control with Live Colour and added enhancements to the Flash developers in additional to many of it smaller improvements. Illustrator CS3 is a worthy vector illustration package, a very powerful vector graphics creation application. The creative innovative features, with improved integration with its sister software in the Creative Suite package is positive but is more a refinement than a major jump forward .......however, it is a flexible vector drawing program for graphics designers; a superb professional illustration tool. This application is one of  Photoflashgraphics favorite illustration tools as it has been in the past, this version of Illustrator is particularly strong with flexible colour and typography controls.

Major Improvement to Adobe Illustrator CS3

1. Live Paint Tool - Colour Controls

With Illustrator CS3 Live Paint tool just click and fill the section of the complex vector illustration with colour. Illustrator will automatically and immediately fills the enclosed area with the current color selected. Live Paint can even fill areas that aren't completely enclosed, with the customizable gap-detector that lets you automatically close paths that have gaps to the customizable, or just as easy ignore the gaps and fill. The new Color Guide panel allows selection from a library of tints, shades and harmonious color combinations - a powerful enhancement.

2. Advanced Typography Features

Illustrator CS3 new 100 plus OpenType fonts library is a welcome feature. Illustrator CS3 comes with new effects that apply to paragraph creations, underline, striketrough and transparence.

3. Device Central

Adobe Illustrator CS3 Device Central allows mobile content design developer and testers an easy new way to create and display mobile content on a variety of devices - mobile phones, PDAs and so forth. Device Central skins display a wide range of mobile devices that display what the devices would appear like on those devices.
