Corel Painter 8 release is a much-expected event. The program evolve, change hands and grown through the years. In my humble options Painter 8 is a must for the digital artists, Illustrator CSs, pre-visualization artists, photographers and graphics devotees offering a an cache of tools and features that will help set free their originality and creativity. Painter is a very powerful artist tool for visual artists. Corel Painter 8 is a great tool to supplement the power of Adobe Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS and other fine graphic software tools. Corel Painter 8 is a stable, powerful, robust program running on Windows 2000 or XP platforms.  Here are just a few of the impressive improvements in Corel Painter 8. Functionality in Painter 8 has been grown. Brushes can now be customized in a new, easy to use window. Wow! 400 plus pre-designed brushes, 30 mediums and the Brush (Designer) Creator that is easy to use. You can mix paints in the painter’s palette in real time to get the perfect hue.  There are three main parts of the brush designer: The Randomizer, The Transposer, and the Stroke Designer. The Randomizer allows brush choice and it will create variants. The Transposer allows combining or modifies two brushes into one. With the Stroke Designer one can design or change your brushes to achieve a desired effect. The Stroke Designer is directed more for the advanced user but anyone can create extraordinary paint effects. Finally in Corel Painter 8 is the group and ungrouped palettes – allowing one to customize. Layers, yes layers similar in nature to Photoshop Layers and Channels with allowing more control and greater functionality. Corel Painter 8 can utilize Photoshop (native Photoshop format) i.e. PSD files in an improved non-destructive way.  Corel Painter 8 is the definitely the tool of choice for digital artists visionary who want to digitally create natural-looking art.
